Founded in 1984, the foundation has been created
to help make the lives of Victims of the Blues just that
little bit less unbearable.

Money raised through the foundation is used to create
an atmosphere of expression for these poor souls, allowing
them to lessen the pain of the blues by inflicting it on others.

While many forums of expression have been studied extensively,
we have discovered that a combination of public expression
to a receptive group of like minded individuals, mixed with
regular retreats to areas of warm clime, for contemplation and
relaxation, seem to have found the most success.

AlthoughVictims of the Blues are often repeat offenders, we have
been able to measure a modest reduction in the intensity and
duration of these episodes of Bluicity, and we are therefore
confident that your donations are providing a modicum of
relief to the Bluely afflicted.
